Sierra Wood

The Sierra Wood Collection includes Red Wood, Incense Cedar, Douglas Fir, and Ponderosa Pine. All collection pieces have been hand harvested from local National Forests using special use permits.  We harvest only fallen and standing dead trees.  Every year storms come through our mountains and break limbs.  We give this wood new life with purpose. 

All of our docks are hand crafted by local Artisans in California.  We hand cut, plane, sand, and coat the wood with a combination of beeswax, carnauba wax, and orange oil. This hand rubbed application enhances the natural beauty and depth of grain in finished woods. This blend also prevents further drying of the wood and deterioration of the finish.
